Dave Patterson, executive director of UT's National Defense Business Institute, testifies before Defense Acquisition Reform Panel of the House Armed Services Committee. Topic: How should Congress assist the Department of Defense in improving its acquisition of weapons and services so that it can meet the needs of the warfighter in the field while still being a good steward of taxpayers’ dollars.
