Key leaders in the organization who drive lean or process improvement projects should attend the 8 Step Problem Solving Workshop.

The two-day 8 Step Problem Solving Workshop is designed to teach a “hands on” approach of using the 8 step methodology.  Students will be provided the opportunity to hone their problem solving skills via a structured progressive case study format with breakouts and defined deliverables.
