Lean Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul is the first program of its kind focused exclusively on the MRO environment. This one-week program tailors the applied integration of lean tools with the Theory of Constraints for an MRO organization.
As a participant in Lean Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, you will learn how to apply customized lean principles to more effectively

Issues specific to the MRO environment — such as demand variability, unpredictable supplier response times, difficulty in managing shared resources, physical restriction on work movement, implications of the diagnosis, and complex and unpredictable flow paths — are addressed and resolved with applied solutions. Your effective implementation of Lean Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul coursework will help you improve your organization’s customer lead times, product quality, and profitability while reducing inventory, floor space, and labor.
