Supply Chain Management: Leverage Your Competitive Advantage

Why do so many people spend so much time implementing supply chain management? Because it’s an unparalleled way to leverage your company’s competitive advantage. The fierce competition in today’s marketplace is led by advances in technology, globalization, and information availability. In highly competitive markets, it’s not enough to simply pursue market share to ensure profitability. Companies must successfully partner with their supply chain organizations to produce value and optimize profitability.

Why does the University of Tennessee have the advantage in supply chain management education?

Unrivaled Expertise
For over 50 years, UT faculty have played a major role in the supply chain arena — conducting innovative research, publishing leading-edge findings, writing industry-standard textbooks, and creating the manual by which companies successful in supply chain management adhere. UT offers comprehensive Supply Chain Management/Logistics Programming across the entire educational spectrum.

UT’s executive education courses cover the continuum of supply chain management…from consumer through supplier….from logistics to supply chain management certification.
